The clothing must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and labels attached. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number, a photo of the damage, and a description of the defect.

We will inspect the item upon return and issue a refund or replacement, depending on the nature of the defect. Customers will be responsible for their own shipping and handling costs when returning the item.
